Meet Jill - Founder and Operations Strategist

Hi, I'm Jill and I'm so happy you're here! I'm a proud mama of three and wife to my high school sweetheart. I've always felt called to help others and make a positive impact through my work. While working in education for 16 years allowed me to live out that passion, I had the burning desire to become an entrepreneur and have a flexible schedule to be fully present for my kids while supporting mission-driven leaders. That's why in 2018, I founded Brilliant Business Support - to come alongside brilliant, driven, leaders striving to make a great impact, yet reaching for that sacred work-life balance.

After starting as a solo virtual assistant, I quickly realized I wanted to create lasting value for my clients by truly understanding their core vision and operations within the organization. In 2021, I became a certified Director of Operations, equipping me with strategic expertise to provide comprehensive support far beyond just task work. Now I partner as a trusted advisor on the entire scope of operations - from team leadership and project management to developing streamlined systems and processes for scaling impact. 

With my own capacity maxed yet feeling called to empower more purpose-driven leaders, I also longed to create flexible, remote work opportunities for other moms seeking that sacred harmony between family and career. Thus in 2023, I expanded into a full-fledged virtual assistance and operations agency. With our brilliant team of Virtual Assistants and Operations Managers who share my passion for truly elevating mission-driven leaders, we offer holistic operational and implementation support tailored to each client's unique vision and needs.

I also love listening to podcasts that fuel my body, mind, and soul.
